We ate at this restaurant in the heart of the pretty village of Castelnau-Pégayrols for the first time and we weren't disappointed. Special mention goes to the excellent farçous (a type of savory pancake) and the sweetbreads. But from the appetizer to the dessert, we had absolutely no complaints. There were six of us at the table and we all agreed. Very good value for money, and a warm welcome too. We'll definitely be back!
