A pleasant experience overall; the waiter and the owner are quite friendly. The owner's wife is gorgeous. I highly recommend it, especially if you're looking to have a few drinks and enjoy a good meal. With all due respect, Christian, Jérémie Simonetti, big kisses.

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant! The owner is welcoming, attentive, and warm! The meal was delicious and generous! My husband and I went there two evenings! Excellent sweetbreads, tripe, charcuterie, and cheeses... Thank you again for this unforgettable place and warm welcome!

A pleasant surprise at this restaurant in the medieval village of Castelnau-Pégayrols. Traditional cuisine with local specialties. Very attentive waiter and a great atmosphere. A very good place. Thank you again for this very enjoyable experience.

A very pleasant lunch break. The dishes are local and generous. The lamb sweetbreads are cooked to perfection and the trenels are excellent. A minor drawback: the desserts.
