During a leisurely trip through the Aveyron region, I had a meal at this restaurant and discovered the local cuisine. Trenel, lamb sweetbreads, and more. Trenel is one of the offal specialties of the Millau region. It's flavorful and hearty at this restaurant. Other dishes are homemade, including the chocolate mousse. And it's not just an airy mousse set with gelatin! Beyond these culinary considerations, the welcome is truly warm and the service professional, all within a charming, traditional setting. Visiting this medieval village without stopping at this historic village restaurant would be a real shame.

A small restaurant in a pretty medieval village, if you're passing through, don't hesitate! The owner is smiling and welcoming, the aligot sausage is super good, and the entrecôte is very tender!

We had a most enjoyable time, both in terms of the food and the friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive. The dishes were delicious. A place to remember.
