A very pleasant lunch break. The dishes are local and generous. The lamb sweetbreads are cooked to perfection and the trenels are excellent. A minor drawback: the desserts.
A pleasant surprise at this restaurant in the medieval village of Castelnau-Pégayrols. Traditional cuisine with local specialties. Very attentive waiter and a great atmosphere. A very good place. Thank you again for this very enjoyable experience.
We ate at this restaurant in the heart of the pretty village of Castelnau-Pégayrols for the first time and we weren't disappointed. Special mention goes to the excellent farçous (a type of savory pancake) and the sweetbreads. But from the appetizer to the dessert, we had absolutely no complaints. There were six of us at the table and we all agreed. Very good value for money, and a warm welcome too. We'll definitely be back!
