Each month, the menu is reinvented, giving way to new inspirations and unexpected yet perfectly executed combinations. Everything is cooked to order using fresh ingredients. Each dish tells a story where flavors converse with surprising textures, complementing and harmonizing beautifully. You can sense the thought behind every detail, but above all, a genuine passion that shines through in every bite. This is a truly exceptional restaurant, driven by boldness, immense talent, and a desire to offer a unique experience. I can't wait to return and discover the next creation.

The food is excellent, with beautifully prepared raw ingredients and a very well-executed exploration of flavor. The servers are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is located on a rather quiet street, and the terrace is really charming and intimate. They change their menu regularly, which is great for Aix-en-Provence residents, as it's wonderful to know you can come and discover new flavors.

We love those little terraces in Aix! And when the food is so good, what more could you ask for than to enjoy the moment? Thank you for this delightful evening.

The restaurant is truly lovely. The service is impeccable, and the food... simply sublime, gourmet fare without skimping on portions; beautifully presented dishes that delight us with exquisite flavors. We will definitely be back!
