Louise's is still as good as ever! It had been a very long time since my last visit; my daughter and I were absolutely delighted! The open-faced sandwich was very generous and delicious, and the crêpes are a must-try!! The prices are really very reasonable and affordable. The staff were very pleasant and always smiling! I will gladly return as soon as possible!

14/03/2026: A true Reims institution. L’Excelsior maintains the old-fashioned brasserie style we love, with a lovely atmosphere and top-notch service that showcases its expertise. Excellent cocktails to accompany the meal: we had a perfectly executed St-Germain Spritz. As for the food, the foie gras was superb and the cod with chorizo ​​was very well done. A wonderful evening, thank you to the whole team.
