We enjoyed a beautiful meal at L’Oustalet in the heart of Gigondas. Amazing food sourced from this very beautiful area. And perfect wine matching by the sommelier. We enjoyed a warm welcome from the friendly and attentive wait staff and highly recommend this lovely restaurant if you are in the area.

This is a delightful restaurant and it was our 3rd visit over the last few years. The setting whether inside or out is beautiful and relaxing. The food itself is superb and worthy of the awards it has. We had the 5 course tasting and were very happy with everything it included. Many highlights but the fish and sweetbread courses were superb. The wine list is fantastic but on this occasion we went for the pairing. This was excellent value at €90 for 5 wines, including a couple of CdP’s. Each one of them was brilliantly paired and the sommelier happy to talk through his thinking around the choices. Service friendly and relaxed. All in all a top evening.

Extraordinary rooms with exceptional decor. A staircase with a magical wine cellar built into the walls. The restaurant offers refined, delicate cuisine and an epicurean menu in a simply wonderful village.

We came with friends to celebrate our reunion over lunch and had a wonderful time. The staff was attentive, the sommelier knowledgeable, and the chef enthusiastic. The menu is original, the flavors are vibrant, and the ideas are flowing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, all at a reasonable price, including the fine wines for aging. Go for it! :-)

A magnificent lunch at your restaurant today! Thank you so much for your warm welcome, the sesame-free bread, the heating, and your delicious culinary creations! I appreciated the lightness of the sauces, the finesse and beauty of the dishes, and the excellent wines that accompanied them. I loved everything! I'll be back to try the terrace, but... when it's warmer 😉 I highly recommend your restaurant to everyone who reads this.

An excellent evening with a bespoke food and wine pairing featuring Gigondas wines. A true feast of excellent dishes! In the kitchen, a passionate chef who is very attentive and genuinely strives for continuous improvement. This is clearly evident in the questions he asks during the rounds of the dinner party. A place well worth the trip to this beautiful location in Gigondas.

15/06/2026: This charming property is located in the heart of the enchanting Gigondas, surrounded by a spectacular wine region. We were warmly welcomed by the owner's daughter, who proved to be a delightful host. Although our stay was short, we are already planning our return.
