A magnificent lunch at your restaurant today! Thank you so much for your warm welcome, the sesame-free bread, the heating, and your delicious culinary creations! I appreciated the lightness of the sauces, the finesse and beauty of the dishes, and the excellent wines that accompanied them. I loved everything! I'll be back to try the terrace, but... when it's warmer 😉 I highly recommend your restaurant to everyone who reads this.

An excellent evening with a bespoke food and wine pairing featuring Gigondas wines. A true feast of excellent dishes! In the kitchen, a passionate chef who is very attentive and genuinely strives for continuous improvement. This is clearly evident in the questions he asks during the rounds of the dinner party. A place well worth the trip to this beautiful location in Gigondas.

04/01/2026: We went there to eat at the restaurant and it was a perfect experience. The service was excellent, very friendly, and the meal was divine. The ingredients were top-notch, and even though I don't like truffles, they were kind enough to put the sauce on the side so I could add it to my liking. A fantastic experience.
