It’s too rare to find this type of restaurant where you are simply happy to be there. I highly recommend and rate it 5/5.

Meal of the day very good, hearty and well presented. On the menu cold zucchini soup with goat cheese. Veal blanquette and rice. Far Breton. Very reasonable price.

Totally agree with the positive reviews posted. The welcome is excellent, the presentation is refined, the compositions are harmonious, the cooking and seasoning are perfect with quality products. All in a charming setting, especially outdoors.

Small restaurant run by a young couple, Mr. in the kitchen, Mrs. in service, who are committed to providing their customers with an authentic and refined culinary experience. The dishes are perfectly and finely executed, using fresh, local seasonal products. The children's menu is prepared "home", which is remarkable. Don't hesitate to leave the city and go to Geloux to taste the good dishes of Oustaou, sure that you will not be disappointed.

It was very good, the setting is calm with a view of the town hall, it was perfect.

Finally a restaurant worthy of the name. Excellent cuisine, pleasant presentation, inventive and pronounced tastes through good fresh products, a pleasant welcome. Even the children's menu is minimally worked with also fresh produce. All this with prices that respect what we have on the plate. I recommend ++

Very warm welcome and good dishes

We had a very long drive today. Several hours in to the routine and with a few more to go we found ourselves in the sparsely populated land between Mont de Marsan and roads that eventually lead to Bordeaux. When we were at our limits, our GPS noted a restaurant in Geloux, a small speck on the map and several miles off the main highway,, Knowing that 90% of France seems closed on Monday, we took the gamble. It was nice to see a welcoming little osteria/epicerie that was opened continuously all day in the core of a little village. They offered us their lunch special. It turned out to be an egg salad, followed by a pork chop and mashed potatoes and a fresh fruit salad. The price was modest. The welcome genuine. Plain, honest food, prepared with care.
