I wouldn't give it a 1 because I've been going there for years and it's generally been fine, the food is decent, the service is okay. However, the staff has changed since then, and to say the least, they've become "weird," as the kids say these days. Now, just by placing an order, they give you strange looks, and you get the feeling they're almost annoyed that you're even there. Then comes the moment when you politely ask for a fork, and they tell you they don't have any, with a certain indifference. That said, let's end on a positive note: the kebab was good quality and served within a minute. In short, mixed feelings, but you can't have everything.
