Exceptionally good and genuinely friendly service! We received great recommendations for both the food and wine. I especially recommend trying Cassis blanc. It paired perfectly with the seafood. The oysters were amazing, and the service throughout the evening was excellent. We also got some great recommendations for places to visit in the area, which was a really nice touch. What stood out most was how personal and welcoming the whole experience felt. It wasn’t just good service - you could really feel the genuine care and attention. Highly recommended!

When we're on the French Riviera, the Oyster Bar in La Ciotat is a must! The oysters are fresh, as are the other seafood items, all of excellent quality. The fish soup is unbeatable value for money. We'll definitely be back!

An excellent location for a dinner of oysters, shrimp, and shellfish. A small oyster bar on the La Ciotat seafront with fast and friendly service. The ingredients are top-quality, guaranteed to be fresh. A must-try, in addition to the wide selection of French and European oysters, are the tartare (we tried the sea bream tartare) and the shellfish au gratin (an unusual and tasty combination of pesto and walnuts). 100% recommended.

While on holiday in La Ciotat, we stumbled upon this seafood restaurant. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly waiters. We had a wonderful time as a family. We highly recommend it for seafood lovers. The products are of very high quality.

La Terrasse des Amis de Figuerolles

12/10/2026: This was definitely the place that struck us and we liked the most on our trip between La Ciotat and Cassis. The weather was splendid, and arriving in the morning allowed us to find a good spot on the beach, which is very small. After just an hour, those arriving had run out of space on the pebbles near the shore and had to lie down further back, where instead of pebbles there was dirt (not sand). The rock faces surrounding it were stunning, and the water, though cold, was pleasant and very clean, especially in the morning. We walked there from the center in about fifteen minutes, because we'd been told that parking is very difficult in high season. In fact, at 10 a.m., there were still a few free spots, despite the beautiful August day. However, to get to the beach from the road there's a short two-minute descent and then, immediately after the restaurant, a flight of steps.
11/10/2026: Nice little restaurant with nice staff. Fast service and reasonable prices. Recommended👍
