20/09/2026: Exceptionally good and genuinely friendly service! We received great recommendations for both the food and wine. I especially recommend trying Cassis blanc. It paired perfectly with the seafood. The oysters were amazing, and the service throughout the evening was excellent. We also got some great recommendations for places to visit in the area, which was a really nice touch. What stood out most was how personal and welcoming the whole experience felt. It wasn’t just good service - you could really feel the genuine care and attention. Highly recommended!

13/09/2026: When we're on the French Riviera, the Oyster Bar in La Ciotat is a must! The oysters are fresh, as are the other seafood items, all of excellent quality. The fish soup is unbeatable value for money. We'll definitely be back!

14/10/2026: A very warm welcome from the owner who quickly made us feel at ease. Very fast and pleasant service. Homemade food, which perhaps justifies the price. A special mention for the caramelized banana tiramisu.

06/09/2026: It's wonderful to know that there are still restaurateurs who practice their craft with respect for the ingredients. Simple French cuisine, but not lacking in flavor. It makes you want to return and enjoy pleasant moments over a glass of local wine. They've all understood this, and the restaurant's full capacity reflects it.

12/10/2026: This was definitely the place that struck us and we liked the most on our trip between La Ciotat and Cassis. The weather was splendid, and arriving in the morning allowed us to find a good spot on the beach, which is very small. After just an hour, those arriving had run out of space on the pebbles near the shore and had to lie down further back, where instead of pebbles there was dirt (not sand). The rock faces surrounding it were stunning, and the water, though cold, was pleasant and very clean, especially in the morning. We walked there from the center in about fifteen minutes, because we'd been told that parking is very difficult in high season. In fact, at 10 a.m., there were still a few free spots, despite the beautiful August day. However, to get to the beach from the road there's a short two-minute descent and then, immediately after the restaurant, a flight of steps.

25/09/2026: Dining at a horse farm! Horse smell everywhere, and the bouillabaisse was mediocre. €78 per person for the bouillabaisse! The wine was ridiculously overpriced. The ambiance is a matter of taste. The view of La Ciotat is nice, but that's not all. We were disappointed 🤨

05/08/2026: Generous pizzas 🍕 cooked in a wood-fired oven. Fair prices (it's a shame the website prices aren't up-to-date; they only accept cash on-site, which could have been a problem if I only had exact change). I recommend this pizzeria if you're in the La Ciotat area.
