One of the best pizzerias in Paris's 17th arrondissement, perhaps even in all of Paris! La Place Italienne is a must-visit for all lovers of authentic, handcrafted Italian pizza. The pizzas are exceptional: perfectly made dough, ideally cooked, fresh ingredients imported directly from Italy… it's clearly a premium level of quality. Simply put, each pizza is a trip to Italy. The owner, Tahar, is incredibly kind, always welcoming, professional, and passionate. The service is warm, fast, and impeccable, making the experience even better. Special mention for the Alice pizza: a true flavor explosion, surely one of the best pizzas I've had in Paris. Frankly, this pizzeria is underrated. Given the quality of the ingredients, the service, and the welcome, there should be a line every day. If you're looking for a pizzeria in Paris's 17th arrondissement, real Italian pizza, fresh ingredients, and an authentic experience, go for it without hesitation. We had a very good meal, the pizzas were delicious, there were six of us and we were served quickly. Bonus points for the adorable ginger cat that sleeps in the restaurant.
