We prefer to come in winter with the wood-fired oven in view; the atmosphere is warm and the staff are responsive.

An isolated incident during our last visit was solely due to the inappropriate behavior of a customer and in no way reflects on the restaurant or its staff, who, on the contrary, handled the situation with great calm and professionalism. We were seated with a view of the chef – a truly amazing spectacle! Plus, the food was delicious. Great atmosphere and top-notch service. I highly recommend it.

We went for dinner yesterday without a reservation, a chance discovery recommended by a local shopkeeper... and what a lovely surprise! They weren't misleading us at all: the setting is unique and tastefully decorated, the food is cooked over a wood fire, and you can watch the chef at work, which adds an extra touch of charm. Special mention goes to their chef, who knows and perfectly masters his cooking techniques! It's safe to say that most places always overcook duck breast, but here, it was perfectly pink (21 years in the Southwest of France leaves its mark, lol). As for the dining room, the welcome and departure were very pleasant, and the young Black waitress was incredibly kind and attentive—we loved her! In my opinion, it just needed a little background music to be perfect, but this little restaurant could easily put some of the big names in Lyon and elsewhere to shame. A wonderful discovery; we know where to go when we return to your beautiful city. Well done to the team, and see you soon!

Super fast and delicious food. Good wine list and a wide selection of meat dishes, including some less common ones. Pan-fried food is cooked in a wood-fired oven.

We're from Nantes and we really like this restaurant. The skewer with chimichurri sauce was delicious, I highly recommend it.

I've known this restaurant for over 20 years. It's been a while since I've been here, but I've never been disappointed. The frogs and macaroni gratin are top-notch, nothing to complain about. A few extra smiles from the staff wouldn't go amiss!
