I'm changing my review, which is 3 years old. The restaurant was dirty when we arrived (around 3:00 PM), the staff gave us a dirty look, and we were served as if we were bothering them.
Previous review: 5/5.
Much better service than in Somain. I love that they don't forget the extra chocolate in my ice cream, but Somain seems to be increasingly neglecting its customers. The only difference is that in Somain, we're welcomed a little better, but I'd rather drive 5 minutes longer to Denain.

McDonald's is always great, just one small drawback: sometimes they forget things in the order, and making the people above them wait isn't cool in my opinion.

I went to the McDonald's in Denain today for a chocolate KitKat McFlurry. At the drive-thru, the woman started by making a mistake with my order, which wasn't a big deal. My partner and I politely pointed out her mistake. She gave us the ice cream with our order number on it, but once we left the drive-thru, I realized she'd made the wrong flavor. She'd given me a Daim caramel ice cream. So I went inside to correct the error, but without apologizing, she took it back and made another one. Instead of keeping the second one and giving it to someone in need or something, she threw it in the trash. Shameful. The staff was very unfriendly.

Excellent service, hot food served. The only problem here is the cleanliness of the chip trays and everything else, otherwise nothing to complain about.
