Hello, I have a quick question: why does water always have a strange taste?

Last night at the drive-thru, the problem was I just wanted to change my desserts, but they had already charged me, even though I know it's possible. I worked at McDonald's long before, not this one of course, but another one. The crew member refused. She asked her manager next to her, who was also standing next to her, and they refused as well. Another crew member arrived to take over because the previous one was really unpleasant, mean, and rude. There were already tons of bags and drinks at the counter, and even the new team member was lost. She managed to sort everything out and apologized. Thanks to her, I gave several stars because she apologized more than once, and unfortunately, there was nothing she could do. Unfortunately, a sandwich bag was left behind. I came back to exchange the books, and she apologized because they were all the same. She gave me the missing sandwich. She's a very pleasant person who understands and explains things calmly. I have nothing to complain about. You can congratulate her; we need more people like her at the drive-thru. She managed to get my order back. The children were happy because she managed to find some leftover toys to exchange for two books, so it was the same three things: crayons and a Playmobil figure, but she made them happy. However, you really need to change some of the people who work for you because it's becoming increasingly difficult to feel attacked when you come in; it's not the first time, especially with the girls.

The waitresses were very polite and friendly. The menus were as expected. However, I was quite shocked by the lack of cleanliness. The tables weren't cleaned, and the chairs and armchairs were greasy and covered in food.

Good meal, like any fast food place.

We received a very warm welcome; the staff were helpful and pleasant. We wish them well, as some customers are disrespectful and don't clear the tables; it's the employees who do it. It's a real shame; it's so simple and makes so much sense.

Hello, I haven't had any problems with the food any of the times I've been there. However, the opening hours leave much to be desired. Google says 8am to 1am on Saturdays, but it's currently 8:45am and it's still closed. Three customers lost. Either the staff is running late or your hours aren't up to date. I've been waiting for an hour.

First time using click and collect, excellent speed. However, the food was cold and the bag for the drinks was defective; it burst open when I got home. As a result, half my order had to go to waste.
