Service in under 5 minutes, warm welcome despite the late hour of my order, I recommend it!!

I participated in two activities with Camille, who is incredibly kind, unlike some others. She knows her stuff and was very gentle with my little girl—nothing to complain about.

Order placed this evening, excellent staff at the driver's office, absolutely top-notch, nothing to complain about, thank you Auxane and Alicia!

Come and be served by Dorian the Goat, the menu was excellent.

Excellent, fast service, everything was perfect, and we were even offered a small Coke.

February 10, 2026, during the lunch service. Due to an issue with my app, I was assisted by the manager, Emma. She took the time to help me with great kindness and professionalism, and even offered me an ice cream as compensation for the inconvenience. It's so nice to encounter such a kind and caring person, especially in a fast-food restaurant where everything often moves very quickly. She clearly deserves recognition for her work. ✨

Review left in December 2025: "At €4.20 for a McFlurry without topping, you expect a generously filled cup. But every time I go to this McDonald's, I'm served a sad, half-full cup (literally). What's more, the ice cream is mediocre; it tastes like sorbet (and has for some time now). A few days earlier, I ordered the same McFlurry at the McDonald's near the Place de la Victoire in Bordeaux: filled to the brim, creamy ice cream. In short, exactly what you'd expect from a dessert at this price. This restaurant is best avoided." I'm revising my previous review from two months ago. A wind of change has blown through this restaurant! I ordered click & collect this evening, everything was piping hot, the fries were generously portioned, all the sauces were in the bag... amazing, I thought! There was a slight hitch: when I unwrapped my Bacon McCrispy, there was no bacon... I decided to call the restaurant, hoping they'd listen given the very positive recent reviews I'd read. I got a pleasant person on the phone who immediately answered my question and suggested I come back to the restaurant if I could. Which I did! When I got to the counter, the person immediately ordered the burger in question and offered me an ice cream of my choice as compensation! Smiling, professional, customer-oriented, and responsive (I assume this is the manager I'd seen rave about in the recent reviews, and rightly so!), in short, everything you'd expect from a restaurant manager! Of course, I jumped at the chance to see if the McFlurry had improved! And to my great delight, it had regained its original taste and texture! In conclusion: with a conscientious and professional team, anything is possible!

A must-try spot in the Blaye region! Friendly welcome and quick service. You can eat inside or on the outdoor terrace. The only place in the area with a play area and slide for children. A nice bonus is the regularly cleaned restrooms. Convenient Quick and Collect service and a Drive-Thru are also available.

Great experience, the food is excellent there, it's really cool, I highly recommend it.
