A truly wonderful place. Highlights: a spacious dining room where you're not crowded. Delicious bread! A beautiful and unique dining room. Finally, excellent, original, and flavorful cuisine. The service is efficient but could use a little more warmth. A special mention to the kind chef who came to greet us at the end of our meal.

Lots of creativity in the plates, with a nice coherent tasting menu, where influences from Lebanon shine in the Chef's approach to fermentation & confit cooking. Wonderful Landes yellow poultry filled with merguez, and fennel, or the surprising pine morels with fermented mushrooms, or the really nice artichoke, candied lemon, olive, almonds and artichoke's leaves coffee. Innovative and clearly a Chef to follow, on its way to the stars

Excellent dinner. The menu is set, except for personal requests, which are respected. I think you should order the drinks pairing. The non-alcoholic option is both original and interesting.

Stunningly delightful evening with outstanding dishes coming from kitchen, I was possessed by the fungus dish and shamelessly consumed Burgundy selected by server with all courses. Charming long room with well thought out design points in all sections. Service staff and head chef with his team were glowing with precision. A must for Paris dining! Tom R
