Mademoiselle 10 sur Strasbourg

I visited Mademoiselle 10 a few days ago and had a truly positive experience. It's a refined, pleasant restaurant with a cuisine that demonstrates research and great attention to the finest ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the fish, prepared with great care, with elegant flavors and thoughtful accompaniments. It's refined cuisine without being overly complicated, showcasing the ingredients and providing a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was also very pleasant, friendly and professional, as was the intimate atmosphere and the interesting wine selection. Overall, the level is truly excellent: perhaps all that's missing is that little extra detail, that perfect balance and execution of each course, to achieve absolute excellence. A place I definitely recommend in Strasbourg and would gladly return to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic restaurant! Everything was excellent, from the foie gras with watermelon as a starter to the duck breast and fish served with homemade gnocchi. The tiramisu was also delicious. And a special mention for the Vacqueyras white and red wines, which were very good. A wonderful discovery, we'll gladly return! 🍷

This was my first time at MELLE 10, and my adorable teenager and I loved everything, from the appetizers to the dessert. The menu is just how I like it: concise, which guarantees freshness and homemade quality. I highly recommend this lovely spot in Strasbourg, with its air-conditioned dining room and tasteful decor. Fabulous!!! If you are looking for modern, interesting, and flavorful cuisine, this is the place. Since we do not eat heavy meats and cheeses, traditional Alsatian cuisine is not exactly going to work for us. I asked AI for some recommendations that would be great for a family with a 10-year-old child, and Mademoiselle 10 came up. The menu looked good and different—not your everyday kind of place—so we made a reservation, and we were super happy we did. The service was good, comfortable, and kind. The food surpassed our expectations. Some of us chose the fixed menu, while the rest went à la carte. The presentation was beautiful while still feeling nourishing. The portions were generous but not overwhelming. We loved the Gamba, Duck, and Dorade (fish of the day). The amuse-bouche were super yummy too… I would LOVE the recipe for the watermelon gazpacho!!! Definitely a place we would recommend!

For us, this place used to be much better in every respect... they've probably changed owners or management. It's still okay, but there's nothing particularly memorable about it anymore, and it no longer has the quality and sparkle that enchanted us a few years ago. We left a little disappointed, although that was probably partly due to our high expectations and the anticipation that had built up after four years away from Strasbourg.

Great restaurant which we visited a few times. Food is very good. The wine selection is excellent and so is service. A reliable address for a gourmet gourmand dinner is Strasbourg. Expect classic French cuisine with a modern twist.

In short, it's only missing one star.
