Nice cookies. However, the staff gave us the impression that we're bothering them with our presence when buying their not too cheap goodies.

The coconut macarons were crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, making for an excellent snack for a sugar boost. The pretzels were also lovely, capturing the unique vibe of the Alsace region, and thanks to their classic red packaging, they seem perfect as gifts. I paired them with wine brought from a nearby winery back at my accommodation, and the pairing exceeded my expectations. If you are in need of a sweet break while strolling through the fairytale streets of Aigissain, I highly recommend stopping by!

For me, this is a must-visit in Eguisheim. Everything is truly excellent, and the staff are friendly and lovely. Today we treated ourselves to the savory and sweet kugelhopf. They were absolutely delicious! 👍

Fantastic experience at Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie! They were incredibly welcoming and generous with their samples, allowing us to taste the biscuits before buying. Everything was absolutely delicious, and they have a great variety of flavors to choose from. Excellent Kouglof that I was able to keep for 4 days. Moist and with high-quality almonds. Delicious Alsatian biscuits. The service was very average, provided by an unfriendly saleswoman.
