I've been their refrigeration technician for many years, and it's always a real pleasure working with them. Their systems are regularly and meticulously maintained, which demonstrates their professionalism. Beyond the technical aspects, they are above all passionate people who do their job with great love and respect. I recommend them without hesitation!

The best baguette in Nîmes, by far. It's always funny to compare it to the winner of the annual competition... The sesame baguette, with poppy seeds, is worth the trip. The ficelle is good too if you arrive early enough. The pastries are classic but good. They also have homemade Moroccan pastries if you're lucky. The sandwiches look good, but I've never tried them. Note that there's now a sales point on Gambetta, just before Rue Rangueil, for those who like to block the boulevard with their car to do their shopping.
