I go there every lunchtime, and nothing to say, the waitresses with a smile and kindness. As for the pastries, it's excellent. There's a choice, it's great. thank you, keep it up 😊
Even an occasional customer must be received and served politely, with a smile and with kindness if we want to make them a loyal customer. Which certainly won't happen to me.
The first time the waitresses were discussing their personal affairs and none said “goodbye” to me. I persist and I go back "occasionally" but I realize that it is getting worse and worse. Too bad because the pastries are excellent, but from now on, I will prefer to travel a few kilometers for the same quality but with a SMILE and Politeness, which is not a luxury in the business. Don't come crying if you lose your job, your company... You will have looked for it in view of all the comments, above, which are in the same direction. Me, I'm going elsewhere from today......
