Great place right in the middle of the halls. A few seats to grab a bite to eat, a small menu and simple but delicious dishes all made with truffles. The shells are really delicious! Little extra: very generous supplement of grated truffle for €1

An atypical concept given the location, it is a stall in the market halls of Biarritz. The two very friendly and really hardworking guys take care of their product sales at the same time as the cooking done on time for the few high tables added on the side. Basic and regressive cuisine but with a twist of truffle in each dish. If this is not present enough for your taste, add 1 euro for a generous drizzle of truffle on top of your dishes. Wine by the glass, nothing more. -1 star.
