Excellent food! I highly recommend this family-run restaurant.
The caramel pork was delicious, the Peking soup flavorful, the garlic shrimp and shrimp noodles succulent, and the shrimp salad excellent.
This is real Asian cuisine, not takeout.
The difference is striking.

You can go there without hesitation. It's a place I recommend 100%.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by soft music and a warm welcome. There's a wide selection of dishes, including vegetarian options.
Special mention goes to the lotus cream brioche, which is a fabulous dessert!

First time at Long Quan, and I'm delighted! The restaurant is very clean, the owner is discreet but friendly, and the dishes are truly home-style, typical, and authentic. We had five-flavor dumplings—thin pasta with a generous and textured filling—followed by melt-in-your-mouth glazed pork belly. The only slight drawback was the overcooked noodles; otherwise, it was perfect. For dessert, the steamed bun was quite good. I'll be back!

A small, family-run restaurant in the heart of Toulouse. The noise level can quickly rise when the restaurant is full, making conversation difficult… But the food is delicious: a truly homemade taste!
Special mention for the beef galette (as a starter).
