A huge congratulations to the employees for their calm, caring and kindness. An aggressive, disrespectful customer, clearly without education or empathy, shouted at them and they remained polite, as zen as possible. Being a saleswoman myself, I deplore the lack of respect and dehumanization towards retail employees. This is becoming worse and worse in the era of networks where customers, so accustomed to being able to write all the bad things that they want without suffering consequences, start doing the same in real life. This need to throw a tantrum at the slightest annoyance is beyond me. Strength to you ladies, you are loves 💪🏻❤️
