Tess is a culinary gem in Paris that you absolutely can't miss ⭐️ We tried their magnificent dish L'Agneau, and we were truly impressed. The partie d'agneau confite au miel, romarin et fruits confits is a delight that combines the tenderness of lamb with the sweetness of honey, the aroma of rosemary, and the burst of flavor from the candied fruits. Every bite is a unique culinary experience. Despite being a small restaurant, the quality of the food and service is unparalleled. Without a doubt, this was the best dish we tried during our vacation in Paris. An exceptional gastronomic experience at Tess!
