This restaurant is still excellent. It's an Argentinian restaurant with Argentinian chefs. The ingredients are truly high quality with flavors from around the world. I recommend trying the homemade sauce. The service is impeccable, with the owner being incredibly kind. The only slight drawback is the price. A must-try restaurant in the charming village of Trieux.
We'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and we'll definitely be back. The meat was so delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was very professional, with explanations of the meat's origins, cooking methods, and seasonings. I also recommend the hand-cut beef empanada, which is excellent.
Warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, quality meat, good advice, prices a bit high, especially for the empanadas at around €8 each.
Nevertheless, a good time and a pleasure to return.
An exceptional establishment. The setting is elegant, the dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, and the owners are remarkably kind. A place where you feel at ease and where every detail is carefully considered. I recommend it without hesitation.
