A cool restaurant with a super friendly owner. The portions are generous and the cocktails are excellent.
A great place to spend an evening with family or friends.
Passing through after searching in vain for a restaurant in the overcrowded Vieux-Boucau, we hit the road again and discovered this fabulous "typical" international cuisine restaurant. Parking available – no wait – and a very warm welcome from "Mamasé." The five prawns were delicious, served with perfectly seasoned vegetables. We'll definitely be back.
A chance stop and a pleasant surprise!
Also surprised, though, that we weren't offered any choices (compared to what was displayed outside): a set menu (main course & dessert) and that's it!
That said, the set menu (salmon + rice + salad + hard-boiled egg) was good. A small fruit salad for dessert, nothing special.
But at €17 a meal, who's going to complain?
