The pizza was pretty good, the carbonara was a bit disappointing because the sauce lacked flavor, but the guanciale was very good and the pasta was cooked perfectly, which is a shame. The spritzes were decent for the price. A big plus was the bread served at the table, which was excellent. The waiter was a bit absent-minded, but friendly. Reasonable price.

This is our second visit to this restaurant, where the welcome is incredibly warm and friendly.
The menu is varied, and the dishes are excellent and generous. Honestly, it's quality at every level, all at reasonable prices.

Excellent restaurant, both in terms of service and food!
We had dinner with friends and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves: the dishes were excellent (pizza and pasta). The servers were very friendly and professional.
The atmosphere is relaxed, with background music.
I highly recommend Mani in Pasta if you want to have a pleasant time and enjoy a great meal!

Generous and flavorful Sicilian cuisine. There were eight of us, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal, whether it was the truffle-scented burrata turnover, the burrata-stuffed ravioli with Parmesan cream, the chocolate cake, or the Oreo cheesecake (all on the menu that day), or the seafood tagliatelle, the swordfish and eggplant pasta, or the truffle risotto (all à la carte). Their bread, made with their own pizza dough, is a delight.
The staff is young and friendly and showed a thoughtful touch to the three people celebrating their birthdays that day.
