A wonderful discovery in Man'ouché! The staff were very professional from beginning to end, welcoming, smiling, dynamic, very attentive, and respectful. I had a soujouk and honestly, it was absolutely delicious. I hadn't been to this Lebanese restaurant before, but I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't yet tried this specialty. Traditional Lebanese flatbreads prepared fresh right there in front of you. Fresh, high-quality ingredients. I absolutely loved the soujouk! A very good experience; I'll gladly go back!

What a pleasant surprise! Fresh, tasty sandwiches made to order, served with a smile! Inexpensive and delicious. A few tables on the terrace. Much better than all the tourist traps in the area!

We ordered the lahmé bajine man’ouche with extra halloumi. At first, I wasn’t very happy because I felt the meat wasn’t cooked enough for my taste. We mentioned it to the staff, and they explained that it was cooked as intended.
Shortly afterwards, I believe the manager or owner came over to understand the issue. We explained our concern and without hesitation, they offered to remake it. They even let us check the new man’ouche before serving it to make sure it was cooked to our liking.
As a kind gesture, they also offered us two small pieces of baklava. Although the experience didn’t start perfectly, I really appreciated how professionally they handled our feedback and made sure we left satisfied. Great customer service!

Exceptional traditional Lebanese flatbreads, you rarely find any like these (the za'atar is amazing, what a treat!), and inexpensive (7/8 €)... I first discovered them over 20 years ago when I was a student, and I always make a point of going back whenever I'm in Paris...!!!
