I took the gluten-free royale (lactose-free cheese version) and I found it delicious. You can really see that the dough is worked (unlike other restaurant ingredients where they buy ready-made gluten-free dough). Vegan cheese works well too. Very friendly staff and delivery right on time. I will recommend! THANKS
