Good ice cream and a very nice waiter

Contrary to previous reviews, we received a very warm welcome. The waiters and waitresses were very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious meal on the covered terrace; the value for money was excellent. Signed, The Lyonnais 69

We came to eat at your restaurant and, despite the food being very good, the overall experience was very disappointing due to the service. Our order was mixed up several times, and the servers only came to our table when we called them. We clearly felt that some customers were being given priority over us, which is unacceptable. We ordered ice cream for dessert and waited about 30 minutes without any information. So we asked for the bill to leave. The ice cream was listed on the bill, and we were told it was being prepared. Ten minutes later, we were finally told there wasn't any. In total, we spent almost three hours at the restaurant for a meal, which is abnormally long and very unpleasant under these circumstances. It's a real shame, because the food is good, but the service is clearly inadequate. Organization and attention to all customers are essential.
