Arriving at this quay where quality begins with the gleaner's basket. Determination and high standards, local produce showcased, choosing excellence, and the challenge of cooking with life. All vegetables, therefore, gleaned from the surrounding area, from the garden to us, more than just a matter of taste. The products, magnified completely transformed by culinary talents, are offered to us in mezze form, to be nibbled on as we please. Local and authentic, certified by a love of the craft and the authenticity found in every dish. An address without glitz or glamour, but a festival of flavors, a rainbow of tastes that explodes on the tongue. They are young and full of enthusiasm; eating here is not only about pleasure but also about experiencing a certain grace. The grace of honesty, of respect for their craft to offer the very best, and everything here exudes this value. So why "tightrope walker"? Well, because it takes a lot of strength, willpower, and courage to swim against the current of a turbulent era. Where financial stability pushes us to outsource rather than cook, to defrost rather than simmer. Excellent find! The gnocchi are delicious, the chickpea stew is to die for, as is the roasted cauliflower. All presented in a colorful and elegant style. The waitress is very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant, which showcases local vegetables with flair and creativity. The portions are reasonable but perfectly adequate if you order two courses, as specified. They cater to dietary restrictions and also offer vegan options. The chef is very generous with his advice, which is a real plus. We did not book a table in advance. My husband and I are GF and Vegan. It did not bother them one bit. Always nice to receive a warm welcome under these specific diets. We could also take a desert. A plus point for us as it is not often. All produces come from 50 kms away max. The chef knows his food and it shows. I will go again or even take clients with me. Wish the restaurant and its staff all the best.
