There are restaurants, experiences, and people that leave a lasting impression. The two chefs at Marie Colline are among them. Talented, dedicated, creative, and driven by a single goal: to share the delights of vegetarian cuisine using local produce, sourced within 50 kilometers of Cahors. When you've walked part of the Camino de Santiago and rediscover ingredients produced in the towns you've passed through (like Vers), brilliantly transformed, it's a real pleasure! On the plate, you're surprised, discovering surprising flavors and particularly delightful combinations. The zucchini starter with mimosa-style sauce, followed by a chickpea stew with chickpea couscous and summer vegetables… won us over. In short, it's a team (from the kitchen to the dining room) with incredible talent and a truly beautiful philosophy, all at an unbeatable price for such quality! A wonderful discovery tucked away on a side street! We were pampered throughout the meal. A very original vegetarian menu, with generous and, above all, delicious dishes 😋 Plus, everything is homemade with locally sourced ingredients!

You walk into Marie Colline's and you're immediately welcomed into the family. The decor is unique. The staff and owner are young, dynamic, and passionate. Long live this restaurant!

There's no menu, just a set menu for €28 plus drinks. With two beers, we ended up spending almost €80. The food was delicious, but the portions were very small. It's not a tasting menu; it's a starter, main course, and dessert. The main course was a kind of potato omelet with cheese.
