We ordered two couscous dishes, which were exquisite. The portions were very generous, the lamb incredibly tender, and the merguez sausages wonderfully flavorful. The service was very professional, and the waiters were very attentive to our needs. The dining room where we ate was elegant. We highly recommend it!

The couscous was simply excellent 👍, bursting with flavor, and the staff were truly pleasant and welcoming. The decor is modern and stylish, a refreshing change from traditional establishments and a real touch of originality. My only slight criticism is that the lighting is a bit too bright. A more subdued and cozy atmosphere would make the experience even more perfect. But it's still a fantastic place! If you're ever in Rambouillet, don't hesitate to stop by: a guaranteed change of scenery and a wonderful introduction to Moroccan cuisine.
