Le savoyard sur Rambouillet

A very pleasant place, the service is excellent and the staff are friendly. We had a wonderful meal; the dishes were delicious and generous! The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and quantity. We will be back!

The manager and his wife are super cool...plus the menu is great value for money...for €20 we stuffed ourselves. I'll definitely go back...between visiting Rambouillet Castle and enjoying a gourmet meal, I'm in.

A pleasant moment of relaxation on the covered terrace, good value for money, efficient service, we celebrated 2 birthdays there and were treated to a candle on the desserts, it was perfect, we will return and recommend it....

What a pleasant surprise! A warm welcome and impeccable service. The atmosphere was really lovely. I felt like everyone knew each other and was joking around on the terrace, like one big family. Superb. The dishes are homemade and of excellent quality. From the main course to dessert, including the coffee, the unique touch is definitely there. The best ribeye steak I've ever had in Rambouillet, not to mention the affordable prices. In short, 10 out of 10 and a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it.

Passing through Rambouillet, I stumbled upon a wonderful discovery quite by chance. In the style of an old Savoyard inn, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The menu features all the cheese-based specialties: raclette, fondue, tartiflette, reblochonnade... But there's much more as well. I chose the lovely Savoyard salad as a starter, followed by a magnificent slice of calf's liver with sautéed potatoes, and the gourmet coffee to finish. Everything is very generous, the ingredients are high quality, and the price is reasonable. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. On my next trip to Rambouillet, I'll definitely stop by "Le Savoyard." I've been back three or four times since discovering this restaurant two years ago. Apart from the change of ownership last September, nothing has changed; the setting, the welcome, and the quality are still top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the generous salad of gizzards, green beans, walnuts, and pine nuts, followed by a very tender, perfectly pink duck breast with blackcurrant sauce, sautéed potatoes, and salad. A delicious and moist apple crumble tart finished off the meal. Yum! I truly enjoyed it. See you soon. 👋🏻

Warm welcome Beautifully arranged dining room with a Savoyard ambiance Nadia gave excellent advice Excellent fondue/charcuterie paired with a perfect wine. And best of all, as an aperitif, a "pousse rapière" (a local specialty) that you no longer find in restaurants. Highly recommended.
