Delicate, refined, and original cuisine, deeply rooted in the Calvados region. A culinary experience not to be missed! A very warm welcome from the chef and his wife. One small point: in the upper dining room, the tables for two are too large for comfortable conversation, especially when the neighboring table is occupied by a talkative and noisy group.

A truly wonderful culinary experience with perfectly paired local ingredients. The owners were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the dishes and enhancing the tasting experience. The restaurant has clearly improved, which adds to the overall enjoyment. Thank you for this delightful moment.

Subtle flavors with a hint of Asia define this five-course menu, served with a perfectly paired wine. A passionate chef and his wife. A well-deserved Michelin star.

The food is full of flavor.
The atmosphere is a bit subdued, but that's understandable when it's not very busy.
The restaurant could use a little sprucing up.
The restrooms don't live up to the quality of the food... They need to clean, or rather replace, the toilet bowl, fix the door handles, and repaint the door, which is very worn.
It's easy to criticize, but all due respect to the people who must be putting in the effort.

Normandy in all its glory, incredible dishes bursting with subtle flavors. A true journey through Normandy.
One small drawback: a waiter who was a little too serious.
