The first two times... very good, I think we'll continue like this, it saves me a lot of fatigue in the store....

After four years of occasional use, my main complaint is the limited product range. Essential items like Jordans no-added-sugar muesli and even T&C disappear from my favorites list, making it impossible to manage. I don't go if the essentials aren't available. Otherwise, the parking lot is small, but the staff is efficient and helpful. The Android app is useful, but not as good as Carrefour's or especially Super U's. Same-day pickup is quick and available (fantastic). Prices are competitive, and you can compare prices on the "Who's the Cheapest" app. It's good for last-minute oversights, but not for your entire week's shopping. The manager's follow-up on comments was appreciated.

The drive-through is very convenient. However, you could remind your employees that if they're having a bad day, there's no point in letting the customers feel it. Léa, for next time, a simple "hello" would be the bare minimum; also, avoid practically handing the order to the customer and leaving as if nothing happened.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to do complete shopping; on the app, a lot of products are missing between the time I prepare my order and the time I validate it, many products are no longer in stock and it is difficult to find an equivalent.

Vroom vroom, super efficient even though I feel like I'm 50 years old with three children when I go to pick up groceries at the drive-through.

Excellent drive-through service. The staff is friendly. The expiration dates of the products I receive are quite far in the future. No complaints whatsoever.
