31/03/2026: I arrived at this magnificent bar on a Monday morning with an empty stomach and a parched throat. They welcomed me like a queen, fed me like a pig, and quenched my thirst like a pétanque player in the middle of a tournament. Thank you Jamel, thank you Faire, long live Le Carré! Asta la vista. Exceptional.
