The reception, the welcome, the service, the smiles, the humor—all the ingredients were there.
The meal was very good.
However, it was extremely unpleasant to have to endure these shouts every time customers left a tip at the register throughout the entire service. I don't come to a restaurant to be subjected to a tradition that, in my opinion, is disrespectful to the customers. What a shame...

Extremely fast service, no time to finish our aperitif... the food was okay. We felt they had to rush... a shame after an 8-hour drive, we really wanted to relax.

I stopped going to the butcher's a long time ago, but it seems that considerable efforts have been made, both in terms of the food and the service... excellent meat and the little French toast with a glass of wine was a nice end to the meal...

First visit: No issues.
Second visit: I ordered the set menu. I would have liked coffee after dessert, as I eat slowly, or at least for them to ask me "with or after dessert?" But I still recommend it; I like this place. The Cambodian waitress is wonderful; she's genuine, which is refreshing. Such sincere kindness is rare.

We tried again, but that was the last time. The ribeye was full of fat and had no pepper—unbelievable for a butcher shop! I understand that shouting to announce the dishes is the restaurant's signature, but it's very unpleasant.

A real discovery!! As culinary professionals, we were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome and attention we received from the new team!! We hadn't been back for a year, and everything has changed... for the better!!! A true grill restaurant in Saint-Nazaire, a franchise!!! And affordable, with a menu that lives up to its promises! Thank you to the team: truly friendly managers, a professional wait staff, and a real grill master behind the stoves!! Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed!!!!!
