I've seen a lot of negative reviews, but my personal experience wasn't as bad! Honestly, one of the best McChickens I've ever eaten. It was still warm but not burning hot, the bun was perfect (not squashed/hard). There was a decent amount of sauce, and for once, no lettuce spilling all over the wrapper! (I was the one who dropped the lettuce pieces in the photos.) I didn't take a picture, but the caramel sundae was just as gorgeous. The ice cream was shaped like something out of a commercial, and the caramel sauce was much better on the bottom AND on top. Nothing to complain about the food. The only real problem: the place was dirty. There was food on the floor. It was also noisy. Lots of kids were running around, and I can't blame the restaurant itself, but at least someone was there to tell the kids to calm down or to tell their parents to keep an eye on them.
