Small potatoes instead of a large one, the cold hamburger, although there weren't many people when we ordered, it took a while to arrive, and it was cold. I didn't even bother to report it given the lack of enthusiasm of the waiters, I just told myself that I wouldn't come back

The terminals don't work, so I couldn't use my points (107), waiting time 25 minutes, and icing on the pom-pom, I was served a cbo instead of a mcchicken.

Nothing to say, very clean, and in addition 2 gentlemen at the entrance to the Macdonald who are very helpful who take care of their customers, and clean without delay, thank you

I was staying in Caen on a trip from the UK and needed somewhere to get a quick meal. Good easy food, brought to my table in good time. Plenty of parking. I like the reusable plastic cups and containers for the fries, saves on waste - McDonalds in the UK could learn alot!

Very pleasant team with rather satisfactory service, orders are quick and the young employees are nice and polite. I highly recommend, the welcome is correct.

It's tiring, they constantly forget something in the orders... I'm willing that they're busy with a lot of people but it's better to pay attention to their orders

21/04/2024: Helpful and pleasant staff who quickly understand the taste of the desired teas/infusions. The saleswoman recommended her new organic raspberry jasmine green tea to me and I must say that it is delicious.

09/09/2024: Good KFC, just a shame it's getting a little watery. The children's play area was very wet in places, there were puddles (indoor children's play area). Otherwise, the staff is attentive.
