McDonald's sur Mondeville

This McDonald's is really great because it's clean and the staff is good. Special mention to Mickael who is always extremely kind. This man is dedicated to his work. He is friendly, warm, always attentive to customers. The brand MC Donald should take an example from this type of person to improve some of their restaurants which leave something to be desired in terms of humanity.

The best mc do in caen I thank Mickael the room manager who is very welcoming and listens to the customer even during the meal he takes care of his customers which is never at mc do now I only come to mondeville finished the mc do of ifs which does not respect the customer I speak with knowledge of the facts in any case thanks to Mickael for his professionalism

Make an effort to deal with tables and floors that slip or stick in places. WC to be followed more closely if possible given the lack of good manners and hygiene of certain customers.

It is incredible to see today in 2024 a Restaurant of this brand with so much professionalism. Over the years, MacDonald has lost more and more, yet the McDonald's in Mondeville, like the die-hard Gaul, is resisting the trend! The service is fast, delicately provided. Perfect ? Yes. The manager, it seems to me, is very welcoming and welcomes us at the entrance, which is always very pleasant!! Then, to our great astonishment, he will gently come and ask us if everything is going well during the tasting. Still perfect? Yes. The establishment is clean and well organized. No errors when ordering... All these “small” differences combined make this establishment one of the best in its chain. Thank you to all the staff. Special mention for the manager.

Very pleasant fast food, a member of staff called Mickael, very professional, who offered us an ice cream instead of throwing it away. Very close to his customers and able to communicate with everyone he is a customer. I recommend this establishment.
