McDonald's sur Saint-Victor

Disappointed by how an incident was handled. When our tray was delivered to the table, an employee accidentally spilled several glasses of soda. I got some on my T-shirt, shorts, and shoes. I had to go clean myself up and try to salvage my clothes as best I could. I want to make it clear that I don't blame him for the accident at all; it can happen. However, I am much more disappointed by the manager's reaction. After the incident, the waiter offered me… "a little something" as compensation. For a bill of around €50 for four people, and considering the stained clothes and the inconvenience caused, I find this offer inadequate. We got a sundae for four! 😕 It's not so much a question of the amount as it is of consideration for the customer: when an incident like this occurs, one expects a more appropriate response and a truly significant gesture of goodwill. What a shame...

Very little shade. A large terrace in full sun with no parasols. A significant staff shortage. A 20-minute wait to be served. No towels provided; you have to ask for them. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Avoid this place 😊

It would be good to clean your floors because I had barely walked into McDonald's yesterday at lunchtime when I slipped and twisted my ankle.

McDonald's is consistent with other brands. Advantage: close to the aquatic center.

Very good and quick service upon returning from vacation.

My husband and I arrived at the end of our shift, around 10 pm, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We recommend it.
