I stopped by for lunch. Not being familiar with the self-service kiosk system, I approached an employee for help placing my order. He was very pleasant, smiling, and respectful. He took the time to guide me through each step. The wait for my order was reasonable, the dining area was quite clean, and my meal was hot. The employee came back to give me a free sundae. I finally asked his name, and he replied, laughing, "Sara... without the H!" So, if you happen to be in the area, thank you!
