McDonald's sur Saint-Victor

A real McDonald's like in the old days, with products that arrive hot at the table, generous amounts of sauce, and very pleasant and attentive staff.

Standard Mac. Could use a good wipe.

Problem with the order: 🤦🏻‍♀️ - At the drive-thru, the attendant didn't take the entire order, so items were missing without payment. ❌ - Some options were incorrect. ❌ - Items were omitted from the order. ❌ - Very long wait. ❌ No compensation or goodwill gesture was offered in light of the problems and the wait. ❌ The food could use some improvement: 🤦🏻‍♀️ - Raw chicken breasts ❌ - Soggy fries ❌ - Not a great burger ❌ - Nuggets were okay ☑️ Hygiene leaves much to be desired: 🤦🏻‍♀️ - Condition as seen from the outside (drive-thru). ❌ - Some staff members were not wearing hairnets (seen going back and forth to the kitchen). ❌ The staff are borderline (laughing together in front of customers without paying attention to them, not listening to customers even while they are ordering, not offering any compensation despite obvious problems, often lacking basic politeness and manners...). ❌

It's a McDonald's, but it's very clean, even though we went late in the evening.

I really liked it. Tasty and pleasant.

I stopped by for lunch. Not being familiar with the self-service kiosk system, I approached an employee for help placing my order. He was very pleasant, smiling, and respectful. He took the time to guide me through each step. The wait for my order was reasonable, the dining area was quite clean, and my meal was hot. The employee came back to give me a free sundae. I finally asked his name, and he replied, laughing, "Sara... without the H!" So, if you happen to be in the area, thank you!
