Those young kids in the kitchen who openly mock the customers and think they can't be heard are just awful. You should focus on making sure you don't forget anything in the orders. A real overhaul is needed.

What a disgrace! We hadn't ordered for two months because of hair found in the salad, and tonight we ordered again and the fries and sauces were missing, and my wrap was torn and folded in half inside the paper—inedible. I was promised gift vouchers when I found the hair, but I never received anything. There's always something missing from the orders, nothing is ever hot, and the burgers are always torn in the boxes or paper.

Cafe La Rotunde

09/04/2026: My first experience at La Rotonde was excellent: the service was impeccable, the welcome very warm, and the menu offered something for everyone. I highly recommend this establishment.
01/04/2026: Maybe the perfect place for an afternoon drink, light bite, coffee on a sunny (or not so sunny) morning. Lovely terrace and super cozy interior.

13/02/2026: Always a warm welcome on the phone, on-time home delivery, sometimes even early, and the tasting is perfect. The price is truly worth all this quality; the only downside is that I now order every week 😉👍 Best of luck to the whole team. Bruno.....
