McDonald's is incredibly slow every time I go, at least once every two or three months. Orders take a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour. I'm served in the evenings starting at 10:00 or 10:15 PM. They prepare all the orders before serving them, which makes the service extremely slow, all so they can finish before I do. We order online to speed things up, but in the end, we have to wait almost an hour in front of McDonald's, going back through the drive-thru and having to get in line longer because the wait is so long.

I come to the McDonald's in Dax once or twice a week to participate in the activities with Sandrine. My children, from the youngest to the oldest, are always delighted. There are activities suitable for all ages.

My favorite McDonald's. The decor is always on theme, and Sandrine, the children's entertainer, brings so much warmth and humanity. It's refreshing because it's quite rare these days. What a surprise when we left the hospital on Saturday! My children and I stopped for breakfast. We discovered a children's entertainer at McDonald's! The kids made masks with Sandrine. They were so happy we stayed until noon. We'll definitely be back.
I'm from Dax and I didn't even know about this. It's such a shame we aren't better informed. It really makes a difference, especially during difficult times. Thank you for this brilliant idea.

What a pleasant surprise to discover an activity offered to children right inside the restaurant, led by a smiling, energetic former teacher, full of great ideas to entertain our kids. I learned that this is the first McDonald's in France to offer this experience. It's something to be encouraged!
