The staff are very friendly. The server, Paula, is very friendly, smiling, and kind.

I'm venting because yesterday I dropped off 50 customers at the Mac Fo in Les Mureaux. Since I'm a bus driver, they were children, and I asked the manager if he'd offer me a hot drink or something for bringing him customers. He spoke to me very rudely, saying I should have called ahead because they'd organized things for next time. I called, but they didn't answer, the service was very slow, and the managers were unfriendly. I wanted to thank the waiter who was being treated like dirt by the manager; the poor guy was running around everywhere, and the manager didn't like it. Anyway, thanks to that young man for being there and helping me out. The managers are useless. When will this change? (On the highway, they offer us a meal if we bring people; it's really nice and makes you want to stop.)

Very satisfied with this McDonald's! The drive-thru meals are always piping hot, delicious, and prepared with care. Special mention to Paola, who is very pleasant and professional. The customer service is fantastic; the team is attentive and always welcoming. It's truly a pleasure to receive such excellent service. I highly recommend it! 😊
