An excellent experience We received a very warm welcome at McDonald’s, and we especially want to thank Carlitos for his excellent service. He was very kind, attentive, and above all, very helpful. Hello, I wish to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had today at your McDonald's restaurant in Les Mureaux. After placing my order, I asked my son to get some water cups. The employee served him tap water, which was clearly lukewarm, if not hot. I then returned to the counter to simply ask for cold water. The employee touched the cup and replied in a particularly casual tone, "Is it hot? That's hot!" His attitude was clearly annoyed and unprofessional. Visibly upset by my request, he abruptly spilled the water, and then, while refilling the cups, he dropped several others in his anger. Yet, he could have simply gone to the machine to serve us cold water. I find this behavior regrettable. My request was perfectly simple and legitimate, and I should not have been met with such an attitude. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. Therefore, I wanted to share this experience with you, hoping that this type of behavior will not happen again. Sincerely,

Hello, Very fond memories, 2 or 3 visits to this McDonald's in that heat and in great company, truly an unforgettable person, honestly.

"Having been here this Wednesday, April 29th, at noon, I am once again disappointed by the atmosphere. A manager (wearing a scarf around her neck) was very aggressive, shouting at her staff in front of all the customers. This shows a complete lack of respect for the staff, who remain courageous despite everything, and is very unpleasant for us, the customers. This behavior seriously damages the restaurant's image. I hope management will take the necessary steps; otherwise, I will inform headquarters directly." It is unacceptable to treat one's team this way. The person with the scarf around her neck spends her time shouting at everyone in front of the customers. This blatant lack of professionalism and respect ruins the dining experience. My support goes out to the staff who are subjected to this. Hello, I stopped by on Friday, June 5th at lunchtime and the atmosphere was great, strangely enough, without the woman who was "always complaining" (the one with the scarf around her neck). The team was cheerful, working in much better conditions, so frankly, you can immediately see where the problem lies. She wasn't there, and everything went very well, nothing was forgotten, the atmosphere was fantastic! So I was right to report her unacceptable behavior. I hope she doesn't come back! I came this Thursday, June 4th, around midnight. The staff were very warm, welcoming, and smiling. I've never been disappointed by this McDonald's!
