Unpleasant experience. Twice in the same week, I received my meal (table service) 17 minutes after my friend and 32 minutes after him on the second visit. On the second occasion, I had to speak to an employee who, of course, told me he was alone and it wasn't his fault. I would have preferred a simple "sorry, we're a bit overwhelmed with the new system." There are 20 self-service kiosks, but we only get in one at a time without explanation because we can only use 5 at a time. In short, it's worse than before, but it's bigger and there's more space.

A cool experience. But too much dirt, ketchup on the floor, spilled oil, a table covered in rubbish... Something to do at least once in your life.

Excellent service. Very responsive. Thank you to the manager, Mr. Olivier. The new McDonald's is simply magnificent. The gigantic multi-level play area is fantastic for children.

McDonald's Disney Village was incredibly crowded when I went. Orders took a long time to arrive, and the area felt congested. To top it all off, my fries fell when I picked up my tray, so it wasn't the best experience. Overall, it's fine if you need something quick, but you'll need to be patient.

The problem is that I arrived on a Saturday at 8 pm and there were so many people in McDonald's I couldn't even order at the kiosk, it's absurd.

14/02/2026: After walking around Disneyland Paris all day, I took a break in a very large and spacious place, ideal for eating and relaxing. I ordered a Star Wars-themed burger, which was very tasty and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, perfect for recharging, and the staff was very friendly and attentive, making the experience very enjoyable and entertaining.
13/02/2026: Considering it's a fast-food restaurant, it's pretty good. There's plenty of room for kids. We were a group of eight and were able to choose our seats at lunchtime, even though we didn't have a reservation. It's an amphitheater-style seating area where they have shows. The food is typical hamburgers and hot dogs. The atmosphere is nice.

09/03/2026: A surprise when we walked in! What a lovely and charming place to eat. Prices were reasonable. We opted for a set menu with dessert. The service was friendly, and everything went very smoothly. The food was tasty, but nothing special. The chicken was very dry. It was nice that the sauces were on the table. Dessert wasn't great either. The fruit, in particular, wasn't fresh; it tasted canned and was incredibly cold.
06/03/2026: The food isn't bad at all, a bit more sophisticated than the typical Disneyland fast food. However, the portions are really small and the service is a bit of a mess (first, they try to clear our table before we've finished eating, and then we have to wait longer than necessary for our desserts). Honestly, I wasn't impressed by this Disneyland restaurant.
