Former team member, I am sorry to see the deterioration in the efficiency of this restaurant compared to the beginning of the year, which offered smiling staff, always listening to customers and worrying if everything is going well. My last visit was sad, no atmosphere, there was literally no one either in the restaurant or at the Drive, but I had to wait more than 40 minutes for a small order (brought cold...). The teammates were panting, raising their voices, seemed completely lost, I didn't know who was the manager in all of this!
I loved working for the brand because of the atmosphere with the team, and it "hurts" me now to confirm the reviews that "we know what to expect at McDonald's". No more good surprises unfortunately :/

Thank you Elise, perfect service at the drive-thru, friendly and professional, you have to know how to say it when it's good and when it deserves to be noticed! I'm not giving 5 stars because of the food, the sandwiches are good but not pretty...

There is a lady aged around 40 who must be congratulated.
She is all benevolence. Brings the order, and asks if everyone is okay, offers help at the order terminals (and yes there are still people who do not master modern technologies).
🤔 she must have served in catering...
In short, I just wanted to congratulate this person who does not consider customers as just order 256 😉
