Another bad experience, no small salad, and my 'Grand Chicago Classic' without cheese and without a slice of tomato! It really lacks rigor, what do managers do?!? Incomprehensible that this McDonald's is not changing for the better... So still 0 stars compared to my last review!!! If I could give 0 stars, that would be my rating. The staff is really not friendly. Non-compliance with promotions (although interior display and exterior banner are clearly visible!!!) and no commercial gesture even after oral confirmation of the promotion: SHAMEFUL! Bad experience of a day?... I don't think so given the other reviews... I hope that the management team will change, because for my part I will be changing locations.

For the moment, this MacDo has progressed. Faster and more efficient team with much fewer errors in orders. On the other hand, it is the only McDonald's that is reluctant or refuses to exchange Happy Meal toys. Not very commercial.

Really very pleasant service, attentive staff and a very good atmosphere. The food is decent and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it

A superb example of what a well-run McDonald's can be. Clean (this is the first time!!!) thanks to the intervention of the charming young girl who wiped down all the tables outside. The staff is really top notch, real attention to customers and perfect organization
