Working in the area, I often come here for lunch. The sandwiches are well-prepared and the fries are hot. I've never had any problems; the staff and the manager are very friendly and welcoming. Your employee, Virginie, who served me, was excellent—attentive and very kind.

There was a major glitch with our Uber Eats delivery order tonight. We didn't receive the correct order (the error was on the restaurant's end, but the Uber Eats driver was giving us the runaround). In the end, Audrey resolved our issue with a genuine gesture of goodwill. A huge thank you to her and her colleague; they were fantastic!

We arrived at 11:30, well before the rush, and the service was quite fast despite the place being almost deserted at that hour. The sandwiches were piping hot and were prepared properly. Cleanliness is rather subjective.

18/02/2026: We had a very pleasant time at L'Index. Daniel gave us a warm welcome with a smile and a good sense of humor. The seared scallops with vegetable ravioli in lobster sauce were a delight. It was excellent, we'll be back! We highly recommend this restaurant.
