Mixed experience. I had pickles even though I ordered without...the bins were overflowing and open next to people eating...the toilets were dirty...very dirty

I came to order a McFlurry, and I was served very quickly; to tell you the truth, it took me longer to put my order together than to wait, lol. The employee greeted me with a warm smile, and the team seemed excellent: nothing to complain about, I'll be back more often.

Extremely slow... an hour for a simple meal.

The table service was a bit slow when we arrived at 1:00 PM, and we were finally served outside at 1:30 PM (without a smile or warm welcome). We were offered two Happy Meal deals and one adult menu, even though it wasn't crowded (it was August). I'm happy to clear the table, but the bins need to be emptied first.

McDonald's takes forever to serve. It's McDonald's, after all! And the tables are getting less and less clean.

Overall very good, however, no tables were clean and the toilets were not clean and lacked maintenance. Otherwise, the service is good but could be better because there are small oversights, such as when I ordered my coffee the employee forgot the stirrer, which is a minor detail. Also, I noticed that at the kiosks to order an extra ketchup you almost have to go to another interface. It would be much simpler, even if it costs extra, if when selecting sauces after taking one free one, they could then offer the option to add more, indicating the price. This would save us from having to search for multiple sauces.

I usually get wraps. They're good, but it's a shame they're served practically cold.
The fries aren't crispy and are also served almost cold. The quality is going down...
