Overall very good, however, no tables were clean and the toilets were not clean and lacked maintenance. Otherwise, the service is good but could be better because there are small oversights, such as when I ordered my coffee the employee forgot the stirrer, which is a minor detail. Also, I noticed that at the kiosks to order an extra ketchup you almost have to go to another interface. It would be much simpler, even if it costs extra, if when selecting sauces after taking one free one, they could then offer the option to add more, indicating the price. This would save us from having to search for multiple sauces.

I usually get wraps. They're good, but it's a shame they're served practically cold.
The fries aren't crispy and are also served almost cold. The quality is going down...

Special mention for the complimentary coffee at the end of the meal, thank you :-) Okay, McDonald's menus are the same everywhere, but the food was hot and the fries were well-cooked. The children's play area is great, my daughter loves it. Easy parking. Long opening hours. Thank you! (If you could add a little more salt to the fries, which weren't salty at all this time, it would be 5 stars next time for the food! 🧑🍳)

We received an exceptional welcome at the McDonald's in Craponne. Tony was very helpful and friendly! The play area is fantastic, the kids had a blast, and the service was super fast! The sandwiches were delicious and very well made! It was absolutely perfect! Thank you :)
