My daughter came to celebrate her birthday today, and Géraldine was there to look after the children during that time. Thank you to her, because my daughter and the other children were thrilled with all the activities she offered. Thank you again to her.

I arrived on Saturday around 11:40 am (before the crowds) and waited until 12:30 pm to be served. I understand it's busy at lunchtime, so I didn't complain while I waited. However, I realized afterward that my order had simply been forgotten. The staff didn't even remember what I had ordered. It's quite disappointing, especially after such a long wait. A little more organization and attention to orders would be greatly appreciated to avoid this kind of situation.

Honestly, I'm disgusted. I ordered cheddar fries to go. Imagine my surprise when I got home to find the fries were practically raw. The fork was still at the bottom of the packaging. And the nuggets were raw too... I can accept them being cold, but raw?! The meal went straight in the bin. Unacceptable.
