Weaknesses: Frequent order errors and sometimes long wait times during peak hours. Overall, a decent McDonald's, but sometimes inconsistent. The food: The products served meet the chain's usual standards, although fries and burgers are sometimes not served piping hot. The service: Preparation can be quite slow during busy periods (especially at lunchtime or on weekend evenings). Also, be sure to check your bag for takeout or drive-thru orders, as items left behind (sauces, drinks, or desserts) are not uncommon. The dining area and atmosphere: The restaurant is well laid out, but the cleanliness of the tables and floor can be lacking when the staff is busy. A quick and convenient step if you are in the sector, but one that deserves more rigor in service and checks.

Always welcoming and friendly, both at the drive-thru and in the lobby, food always hot. Best of luck to the whole team, because I know the business; the rushes can be intense and some customers aren't pleasant.

Let's start with the positives: hot meal, no shortages, and quick service. Unfortunately, it was click & collect, not a hello, not a goodbye, I don't know what the waitress's voice sounds like. And a word of advice: be quick when picking up your order, otherwise everything will be in your car, because it's incredibly fast! It's a shame because apart from the lack of politeness, everything else was fine!

We stopped here for a bite to eat. Quick service. The only thing missing is a bin in the restrooms to dispose of towels or other waste.

Order placed on Friday for click and collect… Unfortunately, I didn't check, and when I got home, the desserts were missing. On the plus side, I called the manager, and she offered me some solutions.

I ordered a sundae with chocolate topping; I should have asked for it without, given the small size. Other McDonald's are more generous, and this isn't the first time they've been so stingy here.
