The sinks have no water. The toilets are not working. Hygiene is deplorable. The only two toilets that are open have seats that don't stay on, so they're filthy.

Disappointed yet again. Constant advertising for collector's items, and once again, nothing available.
I come here often to try and get every item, but it's impossible to complete a collection.
In comparison, Burger King has more items.

Cazères! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The welcome was warm, the staff were quick, friendly, and very professional. The order was prepared in record time, and above all, everything was exactly as described and beautifully presented.
The food was fresh, hot, and really good, which isn't always the case in all restaurants in this chain, so that deserves to be highlighted. The dining area was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
It's clearly one of the best McDonald's I've ever tried. I highly recommend it, whether you're eating in or taking away!

They never check, they want to rush and they forget things. We pay, thank you for being careful, you're considered a restaurant. It's always the same thing.

The drive-through service is terrible; there's always something missing from the order! And the kids' meals? Don't even get me started! Supposedly €4, but it's €6 total! Now you pay for everything separately, even the toys, except the toys are missing. For four kids' meals, you only get two toys—try explaining that to little ones! Like with the drive-through, you rarely go back to complain; you just get ripped off! For me, it's a frequent occurrence! I'm fed up!

Franchement, de tout les mac do que j'ai fréquentais, celui là est mon préféré.
Acueuil très sympa et j'ai adoré cet accueil, aujourd'hui 31 mai 2017 à midi, une belle personne, souriante et qui voit quand on fait des erreurs sur la borne
