We came specifically for the Bloolok special editions. We were expecting to get four different books. But no, all four were the same. They have special events without actually having the products. It's really disappointing. I hadn't been back in a long time. Well, this has put me off. The staff were polite, but you could tell they weren't exactly celebrating. Blasé, without any enthusiasm. There were three of us customers and we waited over 10 minutes. There weren't many people working in the kitchen, that must be why it was so long. The work system is incredibly demotivating. In my line of work, it's the same; we're always understaffed. It sucks.

I ordered a milkshake and never got it, nor did my brother's toy. The steak was overcooked and there weren't many people there.

Food is ok. However toilets are dirty, no paper, no soap and no hand dryer.

Despite the number of people present, given its proximity to the highway, the service was quick and efficient.
