On Sunday, October 3rd, I ordered a Best Of and a Happy Meal, adding a chocolate sundae to the Happy Meal (Order 136). I arrived home to find the sundae I paid extra for was missing from the bag. In short, a disappointment. Omissions in drive-through orders are far too frequent.

I visited on Tuesday, September 29th, around 11:50 PM, and I want to highlight the excellent service from the manager on duty that evening. His professionalism was impeccable, his responsiveness perfect, and his level of customer service is something we wish we saw more often. A big thank you to him for his kindness and attentiveness; it truly made a difference! McDonald's Servon is top-notch.

McDonald's is like any other. It's very busy on weekends, evenings, and during holidays.

Even though it's generally good and the premises are clean, the toilets still stink. I've never seen a McDonald's with clean toilets.

This is the second time in a month that this has happened to me: no sauce with the nuggets! Too bad, I asked for Japanese style.

19/08/2026: Very pleasant restaurant, very welcoming and excellent service. We ordered chicken skewers with fries, and unfortunately the fries were a little too burnt for our liking.
18/08/2026: Beautiful shaded terrace, pleasant and smiling staff, and above all, superb food! The sea bass was cooked to perfection. A real treat!
